The service is fantastic! And the price was very reasonable compared to other places I called. Most importantly when we called Steve answered right away and scheduled us for the next day. I would highly recommend them I had a very professional, friendly, informative conversation on the phone Sunday, water heater installed the next day. No surprises, the price was unbeatable. The guy who installed it was fast and friendly as well. Thanks! Our water heater leaked on Monday. We called 5 companies and they us one price but when they came home to inspect they gave a higher price. We contacted www.waterheatersnj.com. Steve answered the phone. We text him 5 pictures of our water heater and connections. After reveiwing the pictures he us quote which was very reasonable and less than the other estimates we had. He scheduled for he techs to come the following morning. The techs we very professionals and did a neat job. The price we paid was the same what steve quoted the night before. We were very please with whole service and would recommend highly to others. The service was exceptional!!!

This is Rabbi D.I., from Terhune Ave., Passaic, where a worker put in a new boiler for us about a month ago. He had a problem taking out the old boiler because the doorway was too small, and I had to decide whether to let him take out the doorframe or not. Being under immense time pressure, and not being able to actually see what was being talked about (I'm the homeowner, but not the current occupant) I very hesitantly OKed it.
I just want to tell you, now that I was finally able to look at the job: I am really impressed by the careful and professional way he took out the frame, with minimum damage to the wood. It will be easy to fix up, and I appreciate that.
I had every expectation that he would do a great job on the plumbing installation of the new boiler, but wasn't sure what would be with the "carpentry" aspect of it. Please pass this on to him (I'm sorry I don't know his name or I'd write him directly), give him my thanks and appreciation.

Rabbi D.I. Our water heater broke on Friday night. I called www.waterheatersnj.com . I spoke to Steve . He said that he could have someone there the 1st thing Sunday. They arrived on time and did exactly what they promised. I will definitely recommend them. Thanks !! Big thank you a to Steve and his team at Water heaters Nj on their speedy response, iv just into a house in Woodbridge twp back in July so this new house thing is Farley new to me from moving out of a 3 bedroom apt into a house is huge. But anyway my water heater started acting up and i came across water heaters Nj over New Years weekend i Significant amount of water in my basement so I called Steve and his one 800 number and he immediately picked up the phone and within a 24 hours his team came in took Old water heater out and put in a nice new Rheem 40 gallon water heater, I can’t be thankful enough thank you to the team at water heaters NJ.com and to Steve greatly appreciated I highly recommend Steve and his team. Thank you Steve the owner gave me a price over the phone and told me the only of charges were if you needed a bigger flu pipe and a gas valve or a plumbing water shut off valve was not working properly. He's mentioned will go by 730 or eight. It would be there. They call about 715 they said they will be there between 10 and 12 they showed up at 5 to 12 in the timeline they gave. Sam and his partner Mike they drain the old hot water heater and put it in the morning in a very efficient time hearing me complain they have very hard time getting the old one out because of some heating in that big pipes were in the way they do with the head of the white car in the pipes reattach it would be a fine job they did a fine job I would recommend them they were very honest even if it's only been a few days so far so good if there's a problem I hope they honor their warranty only time will tell. As long as your services as good as the company paint store I would hire them in a heartbeat again and recommend them to friends. Steve was very helpful and exceptional. Our water heater pilot was down and he patiently walked us through the process on phone at 12 on Sunday night. This is outstanding service . Thank you Home advisor and again thank you Steve. Great install from start to finish. Crew showed up plus cleaned up after. Tech was right out and installed right away. He made sure to clean up when removing the old heater. I would recommend when you need a new water heater.
